After you've completed an insane 5 minute home workout, get ready for a new challenge. We've designed the new finishers to really kick your butt and squeeze out all remaining sweat you have left. Don't fret though, these are totally optional.

5-DAY CHALLENGE
Completing your first routine will trigger a 5-day challenge. Complete 5 days in a row to earn Furious Medals. Collect all 24, if you can.

Furious Five are very intense workouts. It's your responsibility to stay safe and exercise according to your fitness level. We recommend you always do the 5-minute warm-ups before any routine. Stop the workout if you're feeling dizzy. Pause the routine to catch some air if you need it—it's ok to take a breath.
