Nix for Bad Habits

Nix is a simple app for bad habit tracking.

Each day you start with a goal - how many incidents a day you'd like to stay under.

Just tap “Log” to track any time you catch yourself doing your bad habit (like picking or biting nails!). You'll see a point deducted from your daily goal.

Features:

- View a chart of your historical progress over time.
- Add a note. Any log can include an optional message so you can write what happened.
- Change your goal to suit your current level of progress.
- Scheduled notifications. Be reminded every hour or two to stay on task.
- A setting to enable “Shake to Demo”, which will hide your personal data so you can show the app to a friend in privacy.
- Touch ID to prevent access to the app without your explicit permission.

Nix was built to help me overcome my own nail picking habit and I hope it will help with yours.
