The new version of Woc App has arrived!

Woc App is an interval timer specially designed to guide you during your workouts.

It's not a new application that offers ready-made programs or explains you how to train, it is a tool designed for those who know what they want to do and who are looking to devote themselves fully to their activity.

Whatever type of workout you want to do, the application allows you to create and customize your training and exercises very easily: training in sets or circuit training, number of repetitions or effort time, weight, rest time... Everything is there. When your workout is ready, you can start the Woc timer. It constantly informs you of the stage at which you are. It displays the duration of the training, the current exercise and the number of repetitions, the next exercise and the rest time. You only have one thing to do: focus on your training.

At the end of your training, save your workout in your Diary by associating a comment and a note.

The new version of the application includes many modifications and many improvements intended to make the use of Woc App even more practical.

DESIGN & NAVIGATION
The entire application has been modified for more dynamism and more readability. This new design comes with a brand new navigation menu at the bottom of the screen to give you faster access to the different sections of the application.

HOME
The home has been completely redesigned to provide you with the most important information as soon as you open the application. At a glance, you can see the summary of your training: 3 different spaces show you the number of training sessions you have done and the time you have spent on them over the last 7 days, during the current month and during the current year. Touch one of the three blocks to see the details of your training. You can also start a workout by going through your training history: simply touch the option button and then touch the "Start" button.

SHARE
This is one of the most important new features of this new version. You can now make your wokrout public by tapping on the option button of a workout, then "Go public". Once your workout is public, it is directly available in the Sharing page for all other Woc App users. These users can download your workout and will be notified if you update it.

AUDIBLE SIGNAL
The application now emits an audible signal during the last 5 seconds of your rest time to let you know that it's time to do a new set. You can of course deactivate the sound by touching the icon at the top left of the screen when you have started a workout.

SEARCH ENGINE
We have implemented a search engine in the Workout page and in the Sharing page that allows you to filter the results of this page according to different criteria.
