Tapak App is seeking parnership with JMB/Mcs to list availabe carpark lots in our platform.

Other than monthly rental collected from tenants, Tapak App would like to propose a “Monthly Entrance Fee” which serves to facilitates each tenant’s entry into carpark. Please contact us!

For properties owners
By listing your capark lots in Tapak, you will enjoy a large pool of potential drivers/motorists who are seeking to rent carpark lots.

What you need : a valid email address, cukai harta, IC, Duitnow(to receive rental)

How to use:
1. Download Tapak App
2. Search and select your property
3. Upload your IC and Cukai Harta for verification
4. Select your preferred monthly rental
5. Read T&C and confirm your listing

What you get :
1. Ease of listing:
You just need to search location of your properties, submit document(cukai harta,IC) to prove you are the legal owner of the properties and indicate your expected rental. After our verification, your listing is approved.

2. No Access card:
Once the listing is approved, QR code unique to your properties will be displayed at the security guard house for tenants to scan for identity verification and entry.

3. Hassle-free rental collection:
Through Tapak payment gateway, rental will be collected automatically every month from tenants and transferred to you via Duitnow. So remember to register for Duitnow!



For drivers/motorists
Through Tapak, you can access a wide selection of affordable carpark lots for season parking.

What you need : a valid email address, valid credit card

How to use:
1. Download Tapak App
2. Click renting icon
3. Fill in your vehicle information and search for your preferred carpark location
4. Click Pay and key in your Credit Card information
5. Read T&C and confirm
6. Once the payment is received, you can enter the carpark the next day! Do remember scan the QR code displayed at security guard house!


What you get :
1. Safe and convenient:
These carpark lots are sheltered, secured and located strategically at transport nodes for your convenience such as LRT and MRT stations.

2. Ease of searching:
You can search the preferred carpark locations in Tapak App. Available lots and rentals will be displayed through filtering.

3. No Access card:
Once the selection is confirmed and payment is done, you can enter the carpark the next day! No access card is required, you just need to scan the QR code displayed at the security guardhouse with Tapak App. Once the identity is verified, you may enter the carpark.

To retrieve your car, please scan the QR code again before entering the carpark.

4. Hassle-free rental payment:
Through our app’s payment gateway, your rental will be paid automatically every month. So don’t worry about late payment!
