She is genuinely concerned that you should experience mastery, joy and growth. In the last 8 years, she has also worked a lot with mental training, both personally and using it as an active tool in her role as a personal trainer. She believes that the mental and physical are one, and that both parts must be trained on a regular basis. Our health is the most important thing we have, without it we are nothing.
