His Way At Work

His Way At Work (HWAW) is an Association of Consecrated Business Owners operating primarily through Catholic parish chapters. We prioritize God-centered leadership and provide business owners with the tools and accountability to apply these principles in their workplace.

The first step of membership is registering for a HWAW-partnered Consecration Mass at community.hwaw.com/events. After the Mass, owners will receive invitations to join our free Association. This app exclusively serves our members and the Association community, where they can connect with one another, complete courses, and access a library of resources to help them integrate faith and business.
