The timber volume table is a table compiled based on the national standard original timber volume table (GB4814-84), which can meet the needs of most practitioners. However, the massive amount of data is not flexible enough to use, so we have developed a timber volume calculator tool;
The Wood Volume Calculator is an online and free tool for calculating wood volume tables. It is developed according to the national standard of the original wood volume table (GB4814-84). Users do not need to use the wood volume comparison table, but only need to input the length and diameter of the measuring ruler to query the corresponding results;
This tool is suitable for calculating the volume of logs for all tree species, but it is only applicable to regions that use the national standard log volume table (GB4814-84), and standards for other regions are temporarily developed;
Notes:
1. The length and diameter of the inspection ruler for logs shall be measured according to the provisions of 144.2-84 "Inspection Dimensions for Logs";
2. Measuring length: refers to the size of the actual length of wood after being measured in or out according to a certain standard;
3. Inspection ruler diameter: refers to the size of the wood measured by measuring the diameter of the small end of the log, after being fed or shed according to a certain standard;
