Participants can take part in 9 adventures anytime, anywhere through this mobile app. The adventures will bring you back to the happy school days and childhood; you can team up with friends and family members to take on the challenges including hiking to designated checkpoints, cycling and so on to earn points. The more points you earn through participating in the adventures, the more prizes you can redeem!
Donation from this event will support UNICEF Humanitarian Action for Children appeal and reach out to the most vulnerable children and families including those affected by COVID-19 with life-saving support.
HOW IT WORKS
Download this mobile app and complete the registration by making a donation. You will receive an access code to "Discover, for every child". Input the access code in the app and unlock 9 adventure activities. Demo video for the instruction of the app will be sent. Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent local non-government organization to raise funds through public donations, partnerships with companies, special events, etc. to support UNICEF’s work. UNICEF HK also promotes and advocates for children’s rights via organizing education and youth programmes in Hong Kong.
CHILDREN ARE HIT HARDEST - NEED YOUR URGENT HELP
The pandemic is estimated to have already reversed 25 years of progress in terms of children’s rights.
Amid nationwide lockdowns, the most vulnerable children are denied access to basic necessities such as vaccinations, education, food and clean water. Ｏver 6,000 additional children under five could die a day, without urgent action.
