HUMANOO helps you to help yourself and to just feel good! Through physiotherapy and yoga video coaching, as well as relaxation, sleep, concentration and motivation coaching in the form of audio and e-Readings the user is considered in their entirety and receives customised coaching from HUMANOO. The areas BODY and WELLBEING are supplemented by the subject area of NUTRITION with diet tips and recipes as well as a live chat. In the live chat, the user has the opportunity to personally speak directly with an expert from the respective topic areas to get individual feedback.

BODY coaching is determined by using a 3D body in which up to 23 body areas can be individually selected. In addition, the intensity of the pain and a maximum of four detailed questions are asked and answered about the type of pain.

From this the algorithm develops a coaching and displays it in the form of videos, which ultimately fix the problem through self-training. This way acute symptoms can be alleviated and targeted pre-emptively to avoid future suffering. The individual training videos are between 40 and 70 seconds long.

Coaching from the field WELLBEING are determined on the basis of questionnaires. Answering the questionnaires does not take longer than 2 minutes to complete and the user receives feedback with an integrated coaching plan thereafter. Coaching in the area of WELLBEING includes meditations, autogenous training, sleep, concentration and motivational coaching in the form of audio and e-Readings.

Should the user still have explicit questions about their complaints, or coaching, they can personally contact therapists and physicians using an integrated chat. The experts treat each person individually and personally and thereby try to further improve the recommendations and provide acute assistance.
