StressFace

StressFace shows your stress level on your Apple Watch face. The app uses your heart rate variability readings from HealthKit and calculates your stress level based on historic trends and custom algorithms. You can then see your stress level as a simple score from 1 to 10 as a complication on your watch face.

Premium users can also see timelines and charts showing trends through the week. You can also link your calendar to see which events stress you out most.

The app has a stress threshold setting that you can adjust if you handle stress better or worse than most people.
