How do I get the InsideBusiness app?
As an ING Wholesale Banking client with access to InsideBusiness, you can use the InsideBusiness App. Please make sure you let your Corporate Administrator know you would like to use it so the permissions are updated accordingly.
Features
We offer insights on your manual payments, payment files delivered by InsideBusiness Connect or SwiftNet. We provide access and possibility to download all your reports, e.g. Cash balancing reports and Marked-to-market reports, in one place on our Download Centre. We also make sure you stay up to date on news, updates and maintenance on InsideBusiness in the inbox.

mToken and access to camera
The InsideBusiness app offers you the use of the mToken. This is an authentication means to login to InsideBusiness and sign requests. It works by scanning a QR code with the camera on your phone and using the InsideBusiness app. For the use of mToken you need specific authorizations, which can be set by your Corporate Administrator. The QR code is shown on:
https://insidebusiness.ingwb.com. To enable you to use the QR code for logging in, the InsideBusiness app has access to the camera on your phone.
